Thanks from young professionals

Dear Editor:

Last month the Aspen Young Professionals Association (AYPA) held its fifth annual holiday party at The Little Nell, which was also a fundraiser for local nonprofit RESPONSE. On behalf of the AYPA board of directors, I’d like to thank the businesses and individuals that so generously donated door prizes for the event: from Aspen, the Aspen Club and Spa, Brewster McLeod Architects, LAN Crew, Mountain Groove Productions, Rustique Bistro, The Little Nell and Tulips Body Waxing Studio; from Basalt, ETC-EveryThing Casual and Corky Woods; from Carbondale, Sunburst Car Care; and Christina Grandy, Mike Jahn, Natasha Long and Kirsten Murphy.

Our year-long sponsors also deserve a huge thank-you: gold sponsor United Western Bank and bronze sponsors American National Bank, Centurion Partners and Obermeyer Asset Management. Their support enables AYPA to fulfill its mission of putting on events that promote business development, networking and community involvement among young professionals in the Roaring Fork Valley.

If you’re not familiar with AYPA, check us out on the web at http://www.aspenYPA.com. Our next event ” a professional development workshop on Thursday that’s a rare opportunity to hear from an international business consultant at an incredible price ” offers a great chance to polish your skills.
