Thanks for a great Thanksgiving
December 4, 2002
The staff and management of Little Annie’s Restaurant are due a great vote of thanks and gratitude from Pitkin County’s seniors.
On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving nearly 200 “seniors” were treated to complete traditional turkey dinners with all the fixings, prepared and offered by the great folks at Little Annie’s.
There was an 11:30 a.m. seating where children and grandchildren were included, and a 1:10 p.m. seating just for the older folks. I don’t know how many turkeys were prepared, but there was plenty for everyone. And a great time was enjoyed by all present.
The Little Annie’s crew had to work most of the night to have this feast ready to deliver on Wednesday morning. This is the sort of generous effort that reminds us of the Aspen we have known and loved ? where we look after and care for one another.
So, a big round of applause for our friends at Little Annie’s.
