Terry Liming

Aspen Times Staff Report

A memorial service for Terry Liming will be held Thursday, July 6, at 12:30 p.m. at the Inn of Aspen. Refreshments will be served.

Liming, a longtime resident of Aspen, died June 2 at Aspen Valley Hospital after a battle with cancer. He was 55.

Liming was the owner of Ute City Brokers of Aspen, which he founded in 1985.

Liming moved to Colorado in 1978, working as the managing real estate broker for the Snowmass Resort Inn in Snowmass Village, the Timber Run in Winter Park and also the Prospector Lodge in Aspen.

In lieu of flowers, family and friends ask that donations be made to the Terry Liming Memorial Fund at Alpine Bank. Funds are intended for the placement of a park bench in Liming’s memory, along with donations to local charities.
