TELLURIDE, Colo. – Police have seized more than 15 pounds of cocaine and arrested five men in Telluride after a monthlong investigation.

Durango police and the Southwest Drug Task Force executed search warrants this week at two homes and two businesses. The San Miguel County Sheriff’s Office says the cocaine had an estimated street value of $900,000.

Authorities say some members of the drug ring were buying firearms in the United States and selling them in Mexico. Four weapons were recovered in the raids.
