System changes needed

Our court systems have an awesome power for good; however, some changes must be made:

1. The opportunity for persons to plead guilty should not be an option. The guilty plea short-circuits the process, preventing the judge from hearing the whole truth before making a decision.

2. It is imperative our systems of health care, education and rehabilitation be connected to produce well-informed, healthy people. Without this connection we have duplication of effort, countless reports and sometime costly and fatal errors.
