Sustainability solutions
Dear Editor:
On behalf of the Aspen Global Change Institute, we cordially invite the community to a public lecture by professor Karen O’Brien titled “Changing the Script on Climate Change: Transformative Views on Humanity’s Role.” Rather than rehashing the problem, this will be a solutions-oriented talk informed by recent research that looks at how a global transition toward sustainability could actually be achieved. The lecture will be at the Limelight Lodge at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday and is co-sponsored by Aspen Skiing Co. A wine and cheese reception will follow the talk. We hope to see you all there!
