Support events for muscular dystrophy

Dear Editor:We wanted to invite everyone to the second Annual Winterskl Hike for Hope event to be held Jan. 14 and 15. Please mark your calendars and join us for a fun family event. There will be a float in the Wintersköl parade – look for the big boot with wings. All are invited to rock on board! At Vectra Bank, from 4-7 p.m., stop by, have some yummy food and a refreshment, bid on a silent-auction item and most importantly meet Dr. Brian Tseng and his amazing team of researchers. Learn more about muscular dystrophy and how your 100 percent charitable contribution was and will be used. Sunday morning, plan on having a lovely hike up Buttermilk, a minimum $20 donation is required and includes the fun of walking up (or you can take the chairlift), swag bag, huge raffle, prizes for top age finishers and a good time for all! The Cliffhouse will also be serving a pancake breakfast for an additional $5.We look forward to seeing all of you! Thanks again for your amazing support and taking a step to help find better treatment and ultimately a cure for the number one genetic killer of children, muscular dystrophy! For more information please visit to The Aspen Times for always supporting nonprofit organizations (and everyone else!) You guys are the best! Carole, Bob, Ian and Ty SharpAspen
