EL JEBEL ” A proposed eight-lot subdivision south of El Jebel will be reviewed Thursday by the Roaring Fork Valley Regional Planning Commission.
The commission meets at 2:30 p.m. in the Eagle County Community Center in El Jebel.
The Coleman Ranch application involves 24 acres on the north side of Emma Road and east of Hooks Lane. The proposal would divide the parcel into eight lots of at least two acres each on an 18-acre site located in Eagle County. The property also includes six acres in Pitkin County slated to remain as open space, according to the application.

Occupancy down from last year; airport transitioning to spring schedule
As the winter season heads towards the end, occupancy in Aspen and Snowmass combined is still slightly down from where it was last year.
