Stirling Peak Properties featured Sunday on MSNBC
ASPEN – Roaring Fork Valley real estate company Stirling Peak Properties was featured Sunday on an episode of “Your Business” on MSNBC.
The company’s four principals, Bill Stirling, Dale Potvin, Dawnette Smith and Layne Shea, were interviewed on camera by host J.J. Ramberg in late February at a slopeside Aspen home that is part of Stirling Peak’s property-management portfolio. The story focused on the success of an independent real estate company in a market that has an ever-increasing presence of large real estate corporations.
B.J. Adams, of B.J. Adams and Co. in Aspen and Snowmass, also was interviewed.
Stirling Peak Properties was formed in 2012 from two of Aspen’s longest-standing real estate firms: Stirling Homes and Peak Properties of Aspen. Stirling Peak Properties handles real estate sales, vacation rentals and property management of homes from Aspen to Carbondale.
