Stinky times on the taxpayers’ dimes

Dear Editor:

Why is the men’s room at Wagner Park so stinky? This is a multimillion-dollar facility on land worth millions more, and I found it so rank Sunday as to discourage use. The stench was evident 10 feet from the door.

Nearby, a small ditch gurgles with thousands of gallons a day of water that could be used to hose the whole place down. For a city that gives out $40 parking tickets, being unable to keep a toilet clean is a disgrace.
