Still plowing the pass

Courtesy CDOTColorado Department of Transportation crews continue to clear Independence Pass of snow, but the agency hopes to have Highway 82 over the pass, east of Aspen, open for travel by Friday, June 6, it announced today. All but two miles on the Aspen side are now clear of snow, but there's still 30 feet of snow in some places, according to CDOT.
