Still homeless, but thankful

Dear Editor:

I would like to thank all the wonderful people in this community that helped the victims who lost their homes and belongings in the Castle Ridge Apartment fire.

I will always be grateful for the compassion, concern and support I received from so many friends and strangers.

A special thanks to John Oates, Crossroad Church, the Aspen Fire Department, the Thrift Shop, Aspen Housing and the Red Cross, the many friends who helped me by moving my stuff, and those who have allowed me to stay with them or have invited me to stay with them until I find a place to live. I sincerely appreciate each and every one of you.
