Stash hearing pushed to Jan. 6

Staff report

Aspen’s Local Licensing Authority has continued Stash’s recreational marijuana license hearing, meaning the Aspen Business Center pot shop won’t relocate to town until after the new year.

City Clerk Linda Manning said the hearing has been continued to Jan. 6, when Stash owner Garrett Patrick is expected to present lease execution documents for the space he’s seeking at 710 E. Durant Ave., near Jour De Fete and the Grog Shop. Patrick also needs to file his operating agreements under one name, she said.

Patrick said he expects to sign the lease early next week for the space currently occupied by restaurant Homemade Pasta, which is considering a few relocation options in Aspen.
