Squirm Night is Thursday
Squirm Night, the traditional candidate debate hosted by Aspen’s two daily newspapers, is set for 5:30 p.m. Thursday at City Council Chambers.
Council candidates will kick off the forum, with the first portion set to last an hour. The mayoral segment, pitting incumbent Mayor Steve Skadron against challenger Torre, will immediately follow.
Squirm Night will be moderated by Aspen Times Editor Lauren Glendenning and Curtis Wackerle, editor of the Aspen Daily News.
Grassroots TV will show the event live on Channel 12, and footage also will be available anytime at grassrootstv.org.
