Aspen World Synchro Championships return
April 8, 2015
The synchronized skiers are back.
The 15th annual Aspen World Synchro Ski Championships will be held Saturday and Sunday at Aspen Mountain.
The event features international and national ski schools as they showcase their skills in synchronized skiing, racing and mogul skiing.
This year, a total of eight teams are scheduled to compete in the two-day event, including five teams representing the Ski and Snowboard Schools of Aspen/Snowmass.
The Aspen Demo Team will compete along with three all-women's teams (Aspen Team Diva, Diva-ettes and Diva-lution). The new Argenteam also will compete.
On Saturday, racing begins on the NASTAR course starting at 10:15 a.m.
