If one were to follow the fallacious and specious logic of Mr. Stefan Edlis (July 17), then the United States would have sent ambulances to Hitler and the Nazis in World War II, and to Saddam Hussein and the Iraqis during the Gulf War.
The Israeli Arabs have had access to Israeli hospitals certainly since the founding of the state, and as I recall, since the founding of the Hadassah Hospital. I wonder if Mr. Edlin knows that Jewish ambulances transport not only Jewish patients but Arabs as well, when not restricted by hostile fire.
