Something stinks at City Hall

I think it’s a little unfair to keep blaming the dogs, when the real smell is obviously coming from City Hall. Instead of a downtown business manager, perhaps they could hire a downtown independent prosecutor.

I believe I’d rather see a dogpile than another real estate development … at least the dogs have some love in their hearts rather than the insatiable personal greed regardless of the cost to society of the developers.
