Snowmass fire calls: May 17 to 30

The Snowmass-Wildcat Fire Protection District responded to the following emergency calls from May 17 to 30.

May 17

Fire alarm at a home on Horse Ranch Drive. The alarm system was activated by a possible malfunction as no smoke or fire conditions existed.

May 21

Fire alarm at 45 Snowmass Village Mall. The alarm system was activated by a possible malfunction as no smoke or fire conditions existed.

May 22

Carbon monoxide call at a home on Divide Drive. The alarm system was activated by a possible malfunction as no carbon monoxide was found in the home.

May 24

Gas alarm a home on Serviceberry Lane. Our response was cancelled.

Fire alarm at a home on Deer Ridge Lane. The alarm system was activated by a possible malfunction as no smoke or fire conditions existed.

May 25

Carbon monoxide call at a home on Pine Crest Drive. Carbon monoxide levels were detected in the home caused by a carpet cleaning truck. The home was ventilated.

Fire alarm at a home on Aspen Way. The alarm system was activated when water got into a smoke detector. The alarm system was reset by property management.

Fire alarm at 690 Carriage Way the Timberline Condominiums. The alarm system was activated by steam from a shower.

May 28

Mutual aid requested by Aspen Ambulance for a medical call on Castle Creek Road for a person who had fallen. One person was evaluated at the scene and refused transportation to the hospital.

Fire alarm at 690 Carriage Way theTimberline Condominiums. The alarm system was activated by a cooking error.

Carbon monoxide call at a home on Divide Drive. The alarm system was activated by a possible malfunction as no carbon monoxide was found in the home.
