Snowmass fire calls: June 15 to 21

The Snowmass-Wildcat Fire Protection District responded to the following emergency calls from June 15 to 21.

JUNE 15

Fire alarm at 425 Wood Road, the Woodrun Place condominiums. The alarm system was activated by system maintenance.

Gas Leak at a home on Terrace Drjve. The hazards were mitigated.

Fire alarm at a home on Stellar Lane. The alarm system was activated by a possible malfunction as no smoke or fire conditions were found.

Medical call to 476 Wood Road, the Chamonix condominiums, for a person who had been injured in a fall. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for treatment.

JUNE 16

Medical/fire call to the intersection of Brush Creek and Owl Creek Roads for a car versus deer collision. One person was evaluated at the scene and refused transportation to the hospital.

Medical call to 100 Elbert Lane, the Westin hotel lobby, for a person suffering from a head laceration. One person was evaluated at the scene and refused transportation to the hospital.

Medical call to 10 Snowmass Village Mall, Zane’s Tavern, for a person suffering from a head injury. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for treatment.

JUNE 17

Medical call to 25 Daly Lane, the bus depot, for a person who had fainted. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for treatment.

JUNE 18

Fire alarm at 70 Commons Circle, the Commons employee housing complex. The alarm system was activated by a cooking error.

Medical call to a home on Horse Ranch Drive for a person who had been injured in a fall. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for treatment.

Medical call to 52 Commons Circle, the Commons employee housing complex for a person suffering from a head injury. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for treatment.

Fire alarm at 70 Commons Circle, the Commons employee housing complex. The alarm system was activated by a cooking error.

Fire call to a home on Stallion Circle for a report of an illegal fire. The fire was extinguished.

JUNE 19

Fire alarm at a home on Wood Road. The alarm system was activated by changing batteries in a smoke detector.

JUNE 20

Fire alarm at 690 Carriage Way, the Timberline condominiums. The alarm system was activated by construction.
