Snowmass fire calls: July 13 to 19

The Snowmass-Wildcat Fire Protection District responded to the following emergency calls from July 13 to 19.

JULY 13

Automatic aid requested by Aspen Ambulance and Aspen Fire for a rollover accident at the intersection of Highway 82 and Juniper Hill Road. No injuries occurred.

Medical call to 527 Carriage Way Road, Lot 7, for a person suffering from a possible overdose. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for treatment.

Medical call to 50 Snowmass Village Mall, the Stew Pot, for a person who had fainted. One person was evaluated at the scene and refused transportation to the hospital.

Medical call to 115 Harleston Green for a person suffering from a possible stroke. One person was transported code to Aspen Valley Hospital for treatment.

JULY 14

Medical call to 239 Snowmass Club Circle, the Snowmass Club Lodge, for a person suffering from head pain. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for treatment.

Fire alarm at a home on Antler Ridge. The alarm system was activated by construction dust.

Mutual Aid requested by Basalt Fire Department to standby at Station 41 for additional calls in their district.

Medical call to a home on Terrace Drive for a person suffering from heart palpitations. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for treatment.

JULY 15

Fire alarm at a home on Two Creeks Road. The alarm system was activated by a steam from a shower.

Fire alarm at a home on Faraway Road. The alarm system was activated by construction dust.

Fire alarm at 400 Wood Road, the Crestwood Condominiums. The alarm system was activated by a cooking error.

JULY 16

Mutual aid to Aspen Ambulance to respond to 8000 Maroon Creek Road for a report of a can of bear spray exploding on a bus with 30 to 40 patients. Our response was canceled.

Mutual aid requested by Aspen ambulance to standby in its district for additional calls.

Medical call to 401 Wood Road, the bottom of the gondola, for a report of a mountain biker versus dirt with a positive loss of consciousness. One person was evaluated at the scene and refused transportation to the hospital.

Fire alarm at 52 Commons Circle, the Club Commons employee housing complex. The alarm system was activated by a cooking error.

JULY 17

Medical call to 5263 Owl Creek Road, the Anderson Ranch Arts Center, for a person suffering from an earache. One person was evaluated at the scene and refused transportation to the hospital.

Medical call to 100 Elbert Lane, the Westin Hotel lobby, for a person suffering from possible altitude sickness. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for treatment.

Fire alarm at 35 Lower Woodbridge Road, the Seasons Four Condominiums. The alarm system was activated by construction dust.

Medical call to 4929 Brush Creek Road, the Snowmass Conoco for a person who was intoxicated. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for treatment.

JULY 18

Fire alarm at 425 Wood Road, Wood Run Place. The alarm system was activated by a pressure surge in the sprinkler system.

JULY 19

Medical call to 3904 Brush Creek Road, the Homestead condominiums, for a person suffering from an allergic reaction. One person was evaluated at the scene and refused transportation to the hospital.
