Fire calls, March 31 to April 13

The Snowmass Wildcat Fire Protection District responded to the following calls from March 31 to April 13.

March 31

Medical call to the Snowmass Village Mall for a person having a possible seizure. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Carbon monoxide alarm at a residence on Brush Creek Road. No detectable amounts of carbon monoxide were found.

Medical call to a residence on Trail Ridge Lane for a person who had lost consciousness. One patient was evaluated and refused further treatment and transportation to the hospital.

Medical call to 100 Elbert Lane, the Westin, for a person suffering from a possible head injury. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

April 1

Automatic fire alarm at 300 Carriage Way. No hazards were found. The alarm was caused by a possible system malfunction. The incident was turned over to Property Management.

Automatic fire alarm at 400 Wood Road, the Crestwood Condos. No hazards were found.

Carbon monoxide alarm 130 Wood Road, the Viceroy. The alarm was caused by a bad battery in a CO detector. No detectable levels of carbon monoxide were found.

April 2

Medical call to 105 Daly Lane, the Snowmass Clinic, for a suffering from chest pain. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Medical call to 35 Lower Woodbridge Road, the Woodbridge Condos, for a person with a history of cardiac issues and feeling weak. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

April 3

Medical call to the Gallun Lane ski patrol pickup location for a person suffering from traumatic cardiac arrest. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

April 4

Automatic fire alarm at 690 Carriage Way, the Timberline Condominiums. The alarm was caused by a cooking error.

Automatic fire alarm at a residence on Deer Ridge Lane. The alarm was determined to be caused by a system malfunction.

Medical call to the Gallun Lane ski patrol pickup location for a person suffering from a leg injury. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Medical call to a residence on Stellar Lane for a person suffering from difficulty breathing. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

April 5

Automatic fire alarm at a residence on Deer Ridge Lane. The alarm was determined to be caused by a system malfunction. The alarm system will be taken off line until repaired.

Automatic fire alarm at 690 Carriage Way the Timberline Condos. The alarm was caused by a cooking error.

April 6

Medical call to the Gallun Lane ski patrol pickup location for a person who was sick. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Pull station alarm at a residence on Horse Ranch Drive. The alarm was caused by accidental button activation.

April 7

Automatic fire alarm at 690 Carriage Way, the Timberline Condos. The alarm was caused by a cooking error.

Medical call to 239 Snowmass Club Circle, the Snowmass Club, for a person suffering from nausea and vomiting. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Medical call to Timbers Club Court for a person who was suffering from nausea and vomiting. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

April 8

Medical call to 165 Daly Lane, the Snowmass ski patrol pickup location, for a person suffering from left arm pain. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Automatic fire alarm at 70 Commons Circle. The alarm was caused by a cooking error.

April 9

Citizen assist at a residence on Hawk Ridge Lane. Assisted the homeowner with a smoke detector.

Medical call to the RFTA bus stop at the Snowmass Village Mall for a person who had fallen down the stairs. One person was evaluated and refused treatment and transportation to the hospital.

April 10

Medical call to 105 Daly Lane for a person suffering from a femur injury. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Automatic fire alarm at a residence on Stellar Lane. The alarm was caused by a system malfunction.

April 11

Fire call to 239 Snowmass Club Circle for a report of smoke. The smoke was caused by diesel engines at a construction site. No hazards were found.

Medical call to the Timbers Club Court ski patrol pickup location for a person suffering from a possible head injury. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Automatic fire alarm at 690 Carriage Way, the Timberline Condos. The cause of the alarm was a cooking error.

April 12

Carbon monoxide alarm at a home on Meadow Ranch Drive. We detected 30 parts per million of carbon monoxide in the home and called Source Gas to investigate.

Medical call to 130 Kearns Road, the Viceroy, for an intoxicated person. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Medical call to the Daly Lane ski patrol pickup location for a person suffering from a head injury. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Automatic fire alarm at 35 Lower Woodbridge Road, the Seasons Four Clubhouse. The alarm was caused by a heat detector that was set off by the sauna.

Automatic fire alarm at 70 Commons Circle. The alarm was caused by a cooking error.

Medical call to a residence on Divide Road to assist the Pitkin County Sheriff’s Office and the Aspen Skiing Co. with a snowcat search for a suicidal patient. The patient was located and released to the Pitkin County Sheriff’s Office.

April 13

Medical call to the Gallun Lane Ski Patrol pickup location for a person feeling ill. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Pull station alarm at a residence on Horse Ranch Drive. The alarm was caused by accidental button activation.
