Snowmass Village woman found dead at home

Patricia Jackson, 48, was found unresponsive at her residence in Snowmass Village on Tuesday, according to the Pitkin County Coroner’s Office.

The Coroner’s Office is investigating Jackson’s death and will release a cause and manner of death after a toxicology exam, according to a statement.

Chief Brian Olson of the Snowmass Village Police Department, which is overseeing the investigation, said his officers don’t believe there was any suspicious activity associated with Jackson’s death. Family members said Jackson had been suffering from poor health recently, Olson said.
