Smile for the camera

Dear Editor:

We’ve recently had our political signs, six in total, supporting the re-election of our president, Barack Obama, torn down.

Here’s a call to service: We live on Maroon Creek Road, across the bridge, just past Highlands – a rusted gate marks our place. We are the gateway to Maroon Bells. If you believe in Obama, please feel free to put whatever you like in our entryway as long as it supports our president. (You will know you are in the right place because of the signs.)

To the others who took down our signs, we respect your right to support a different candidate, but please know that such criminal behavior is recorded by remote video, and the next time you do this, we will report you to the authorities.
