Ski race volunteer rally set in Aspen

ASPEN – A rally will take place Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Cantina in Aspen to round up volunteers for upcoming World Cup and Nor Am ski races on Aspen Mountain.

Complimentary beverages and appetizers will be served, while DJ Rasgis provides the entertainment.

Race organizers are seeking volunteers for the Aspen Winternational World Cup races on Nov. 28-29. Help is need in the following areas: race headquarters, press room, on-mountain security, sponsor village in Gondola Plaza and Ruthie’s hospitality. A race secretary assistant is also needed.

For the Nor Am races, Nov. 30-Dec. 3, volunteers are sought for race headquarters, hand timing, on-mountain security and gate panels.

Anyone who’s interested should stop by the Cantina and sign up.
