Seminar set for affordable housing owners

ASPEN ” The Aspen-Pitkin County Housing Authority and a citizen task force called the Housing Frontiers Group are offering a free seminar for homeowners of affordable housing looking to protect their assets.

The seminar will be aimed at providing awareness about HOA capital reserve responsibilities, ownership rights and responsibilities, and the legalities of condominium ownership.

The seminar will be held Wednesday, from noon to 1:15 p.m., and again from 5 p.m. to 6:15 p.m., in Aspen’s Rio Grande Meeting Room in the former youth center.

Presenters include: Molly Foley Healy, attorney, Sanchez and Hindeman; Carmine Delisio, principal, Association Reserves Colorado; Pat Wilderotter, broker, Van Gilder Insurance Co.; and representatives from Alpine Bank, Community Bank and Wells Fargo Bank.
