Seeking justice

Dear Editor:

Today (Thursday, Sept. 22) I was again harassed by the clerks of the court when I went in to file motions per the vehicular assault on me on Sept. 28, 2001. The self-consistent behavior of how I have been treated by local tax-paid public servants repeatedly since Sept. 28, 2001, is disgusting obsequiousness.

All I want is my day in court, set for the week of Oct. 17, 2005, and safety from further abuse. A pedestrian has the right to walk in the right of way as I had been, without being nearly killed.
