Second man in Blue Lake deaths ID’d

The second man found dead Friday at a home in the El Jebel area was identified late Monday by the Eagle County Coroner’s Office.

Camillo Sanchez, 30, and another man were found early Friday morning at the home at 108 Ermine Lane in Blue Lake after a 911 call, authorities have said. The second man was previously identified as Michael Martinez, 26, according to Eagle County Coroner Kara Bettis.

Causes of death and final autopsy reports for both men are pending a toxicology screen, Bettis said.

Paramedics attempted to revive both men using Narcan, which can reverse the effects of a drug overdose, but were not successful, authorities have said. A third person at the home was taken by ambulance to an area hospital
