STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, Colo. – Routt County rescuers are still looking for a Steamboat Springs woman who fell into Fish Creek on Saturday.

Forty-year-old Rebecca Green fell into the creek while hiking with her 8-year-old son.

Green’s father says she fell in while trying to help her son back from a rock. The boy slipped but was able to grab a branch and pull himself out.

Scott Havener, an incident commander, says rough terrain, rain and high water have made the search difficult.
