Thanks, Su Lum, for your column about the rebate for your new energy-efficient dishwasher (“Slumming,” Jan. 20, The Aspen Times). It sounds like CORE is doing an efficient job of educating residents and distributing rebates. Energy-efficient appliances, programmable thermostats and compact fluorescent bulbs: Small changes to our energy consumption can add up to big savings for our planet.
