Roaring Fork Conservancy thanks

Dear Editor:

On behalf of Roaring Fork Conservancy I would like to thank the dozens of local teachers, hundreds of local participants, and countless supporters who have made Roaring Fork Conservancy’s educational programs a huge success in 2009. This year our 278 programs taught over 4,500 students and 2,200 adults about the value of water and rivers in our watershed.

Our free Watershed Explorations calendar for adults 2010 is now available online at We hope you or your student can join us for a fun, hands-on look at water in 2010.
