Road etiquette 101

Dear Editor:

To the guy who tried to silently pass me on the right as I was turning right on Hopkins Avenue at 8 p.m. Sunday, coming within 1 inch of having a bicycle yard sale, then riding off saying, “It’s OK. Don’t worry about it.”:

1. It’s not OK.

2. Don’t pass on the right.

3. Give warning when passing, to bikers as well as pedestrians.
