Ritter meeting renewable-energy companies in Spain

DENVER ” Governor Bill Ritter is in Spain this week to talk to renewable-energy companies about investing in Colorado.

He’s meeting with several companies that visited Colorado this past winter.

Two Spanish renewable-energy companies are already doing business in Colorado along with Denmark-based Vestas Blades and German conglomerate Siemens Energy.

The director of Ritter’s energy office, Tom Plant, and economic development director Don Elliman are also on the trip.
