Rich-bashing getting old

Dear Editor:

I am sick and tired of people who complain to your paper that Republicans favor the rich and their so-called tax loopholes.

The rich pay almost all of our tax burden. Almost 50 percent of all Americans (which includes many middle-class folks) pay no income tax. Yet these freeloaders complain when Americans who work hard for their money merely want to keep it for their own families and resent it when others want to redistribute it. Those who earn money have a right to it.

Their money should not be up divided up by others who think they have a claim to it.
