A Carbondale-based bike company is going to celebrate its new home.
Revel Bikes, an industry leader in premium mountain and adventure bike innovation, will host a grand opening party for its new headquarters at 398 Merrill Ave. in Carbondale on Friday, according to a news release. Revel Bikes was formally located at 770 Industry Way Unit B.
The day kicks off with a warehouse sale between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., which includes coffee and doughnuts in the morning and a food truck in the evening. Bikes will be available for in-person and in-stock shopping only, with bikes, apparel, merchandise, and small parts all available at 50%.
The grand opening party runs 4-8 p.m., with drinks, music, games, kids activities, giveaways, and more.
“This move represents a new chapter for Revel Bikes,” CEO/President Ben Coates said in the release. “We’re excited to take the next step in our journey and continue developing the products that our riders love, all while being rooted in the Carbondale community.”

The new Carbondale facility, which opened its doors in early October, offers an expanded space for Revel’s team to continue pushing the boundaries of product design and innovation while offering riders an open showroom to shop, demo, learn local trails and conditions, and more, according to the release.
“With over 20,000 square feet of space, the building features a state-of-the-art production floor, enhanced R&D facilities, improved warehouse space, and collaborative meeting spaces designed to foster creativity and teamwork,” the release states. “This new home represents our dedication to keeping all aspects of our company under one roof, allowing us to streamline operations and better serve our riders while providing for our community.”
Since its founding in 2019, Revel Bikes has been committed to producing the best mountain bikes using cutting-edge technology and materials, including its proprietary CBF suspension platform, according to the release.
“This new space not only allows us to increase production capacity but also to further invest in R&D, ensuring that every product we release meets the highest standards of performance and quality,” the release states.
