Have we ever had stomach reflux and heartburn for years? Many of us have been taking antacid tablets for years, trying to cool and neutralize our stomach acids from belchings and indigestions.
The stomach has been doing “one thing” for all mammals over millions of years: producing big-time stomach acid for ionizing minerals and breaking down proteins into amino acids. Carbohydrates and fats will get emulsified and broken down in the next 25 feet of intestines after the stomach.
The stomach produces digestive acid between 1.5 and 2.5 pH on the pH scale of 1 to 14, 7 being neutral, 7 to 14 being alkaline and 1 to 7 being acid, all being exponentially concentrated.
Yes, a few drops of stomach acid (hydrochloric acid) will basically eat holes through your kitchen tabletops. We have all needed and used it in our stomachs forever. Our worldwide human digestive cultural problems over the past 5,000 years have been due to our constant dysfunctionally stressed-outedness and horrible food-combining compensation habits and eatings, leading most of us to chronic heart diseases, chronic cancers, chronic diabetes and chronic arthritises.
All mammalian bodies are designed to eat one food at one time, processing it for a few hours or days and then going back to hunting and gathering. Human beings have become exponentially stressed out all day long and have become junk-food eaters, producers and combiners for thousands of years now, daily.
The stomach, instead of ionizing and digesting a single food, gets stressed and turned off with multiple junk and processed foods. Therefore, foods end up rotting, fermenting and putrefying the horrible-based sugars, white bread and saturated hard fats. This gives us gases, belchings and indigestions instead of happy and fully digested foods and happy poopings.
So try no processed, refined or horribly sugared mixed junk foods. Try and eat just one type of food at one time. Don’t forget that beers and wines are already fermented and supply a number of vitamins, minerals and pre-digestions aids.
Cow milk and beer are the No. 1- and No. 2-rated allergens. Why ever eat white, processed breads and drugged-beef burgers? Try eating fishes, fowls or goat cheeses along with vegetables of salads only. Try eating fruits on their own and separately from all other foods.
