SNOWMASS VILLAGE ” On Tuesday, Related WestPac finally celebrated the groundbreaking for the Little Nell Residences at Snowmass and The Arrival Center, and the completion of the first phase of the Viceroy Residences in Snowmass Village.

The ceremony was scheduled for June 17, but it was delayed when a crane collapsed on the construction site, injuring a worker. The worker has since been released from the hospital, according to Related WestPac president Pat Smith.

Viceroy Snowmass is being built to achieve a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) silver certification and The Little Nell Residences at Snowmass and The Arrival Center are designed to achieve LEED certified status, under the guidelines of the U.S. Green Building Council.
