Basalt police and firefighters respond to an accident Monday morning on Highway 82 near the intersection with Highway 82. A woman's vehicle rolled 1 1/4 times but she escpaed injury because she was wearing a seatbelt, a police officer said. She didn't escape a citation âshe was ticketed for careless driving.
