Red means stop

Dear Editor:

Yes, this letter is to all of you a**holes that run the red light on 82 at the Old Snowmass Conoco. If you are that late or in that big of a hurry, buy a new alarm clock and set it for 15 seconds earlier.

I understand and have sometimes followed the axiom that states, “Yellow means speed up” but I can’t understand nor followed “F*** it, it’s been red for two seconds, I’m going for it.”

Piss on you people. I hope you get pulled over. You seem to be either ignorant or unaware of any or all traffic rules and regulations. I’d like to blame it on Texans (who fit that description perfectly) but these are local workers in three-quarter-ton pickups, although I’ve seen you RFTA drivers do it, too. That’s cool, though. Then you’ll kill me and at least half of 40 more.

Joshua R. Day
