I think Chris Tessem has a point by invoking the myth that dogs are cleaner than humans.

In fact, we should go a step further and instead of “rec-time” require that food handlers spend their breaks on “rectum time” – visiting and cleaning their privates in the same manner as our canine friends. This way we can insure the same standards of cleanliness desired by Chris.
