Rec center’s cost should be shared

Dear Editor:

The proposal for the Crown Mountain Rec Center looks like a wonderful center for the valley population stretching almost to Aspen and down to Glenwood. With the economy as it is going, this seems like a huge burden on the residents who will have to foot the bill for this project, when there are so many who will be using this facility.

Is there a way to fund this so everyone can contribute to the cost?
