Rappaport a man of integrity

Dear Editor:

I served with Glenn Rappaport on Basalt Town Council during the years 2004 to 2008. What I respect so much about Glenn is his passion for the Basalt community and his determination to take any issue and research it, consider it and make the best decision for the town’s benefit, be it in land planning, transportation, affordable housing or river engineering to name but a few of the responsibilities held by a town council member.

He does this all the while maintaining Basalt’s unique small-town character. And as mayor he would hold himself and the office to these same standards of diligence and integrity.
