Rankin gaining steam
The Fourth of July parade in Aspen reminded me why it is a privilege to live in Colorado. It had a great turnout, and it was nice to see the Republican state Senate candidate Bob Rankin so openly received and acknowledged.
He is well known and respected in the valley by Republicans and Democrats alike, and it was obvious at the parade that he is rapidly gathering momentum. Bob is running more as a citizen volunteer than a politician, and because he has lived and worked in our valley for the past 17 years he knows who we are and what we stand for. I am more enthused about him than I have been for any candidate in a very long time.
It’s a nice feeling.
