Questions for RFTA

Dear Editor:It seems that RFTA realized recently that in the transferring of rights from RFRHA to RFTA, they forgot to transfer the right to reactivate the rail line (freight). So with the board’s approval (without consulting the owners of the “Transportation Corridor”), they sought the approval of the STB (Surface Transportation Board) in Washington, D.C. Since the public was unaware of this move, it was approved, because of no protest from the public. I would like the Board to explain when and how the motion was passed and how much notice did the public have.Don “Hooner” GillespieGlenwood Springs
