Put turf where it belongs

Dear Editor: To be fair to the passers-by of the sample patch of artificial turf who don’t seem “too upset,” the city should put up a sign informing them of all the stuff they can’t do on it. And while you’re at it, you should stop using the phrase “irreparable harm” when referring to special events. Irreparable means it can never be repaired – both Rio Grande and Wagner Park look as good as they ever have this June.Get over it, take your fake turf out to a ball field where it belongs!Don DixonAspen
