Property belongs to elks
I don’t get it.
We tell the Droste family that they cannot develop their property because it is critical habitat for the elk. So we buy that land with the grand plan to develop hiking trails, biking trails, horse trails, benches, picnic tables along with trail signs. This is development and it is still critical elk habitat. It feels hypocritical.
Why can’t we give the land back to the elk and other wildlife that exist there and feel good about it?
