Pricey and lengthy

Dear Editor:Answers requested. I read every day in one of valley publications how prices are off the charts for anything that is in the new Willits development in Basalt. Granted it is a success and also pretty well-thought-out, my question with all the sell through is, why is it taking so long to build? My experience leads me to believe that strong sales and general overall approval from most, usually allows the developer to build projects like this fairly rapidly. Can someone who is qualified please answer why the construction process is moving so slowly? I am sure many valley residents would love to know dates with regards to phases, completion estimates etc. Waiting patiently for answers that will shed some light on this huge success.John VerityOld Snowmass
