Precious resources

Dear Editor:

The Roaring Fork Conservancy River Stewards would like to thank everyone who participated in our second annual, sold-out River Float from Carbondale to South Glenwood. We would also like to give a huge thanks to our sponsors – Blazing Adventures, Prehm Ranch, and Aspen Brewing Co. – for making the day possible.

There is nothing like an 85-degree day on the river to help raise awareness of how precious our valley’s water resources are, and the great work the Roaring Fork Conservancy is doing to bring people together to promote water quality, water quantity, and riparian habitat protection.
