Poor behavior, great performance

Dear Editor:

It was the worst of times – from lawn folks to VIPs – talking, walking around, sitting anywhere, flashing pictures which Harry Connick Jr. asked us not to do. The rudeness was embarrassing and appalling!

Thank you to the Aspen Music Festival workers for doing their best to rectifying the Jazz Aspen situation.

It was the best of times – what an incredible concert by Harry Connick Jr. and his band! He is an amazing entertainer: talented, funny, versatile and so passionate about all he does. A man who has not forgotten his roots. I haven’t seen one like this in a long time. I thank you.
