Poll: Who has your vote in the presidential primaries?
With the chairs of both the Pitkin County Democratic and Republican parties weighing in on the current presidential-candidate field in today’s paper, this week’s poll asks readers whom they’ll vote for in the primaries.

Last week’s poll question — “Was the $1,000 fine for EKS Events enough punishment?” — brought in 1,363 votes. About 42 percent, or 572 votes, said, “No, the fine should be a lot higher.” Another 41 percent, or 564 votes, said, “No, the company should face other consequences in addition to the fine.” About 11 percent, or 149 votes, said, “Yes, the float trip was not that big a deal.” And the remaining 6 percent, or 78 votes, said, “Yes, $1,000 was the maximum allowed, so it’s enough.”
