Poll: Have you voted yet?

With mail-in ballots out for the midterm election, this week’s poll question asks readers if they’ve voted yet.

Go to http://www.aspentimes.com, on the left side below the news carousel, to find this week’s question and the results of previous polls.

Last week’s poll question — “Are you worried about Ebola in Aspen?” — generated 1,183 votes. The majority of voters aren’t worried about the disease, with 468 votes, or 39.56 percent, citing no concern and that the media has blown it out of proportion, while 457, or 38.63 percent, submitted “no” votes because there are not enough cases in the United States to worry.

People travel to Aspen from all over the world is the reason 150 voters, or 12.68 percent, voted “yes,” and another 108 votes, or 9.13 percent, voted “yes” because of perceived inadequacies in the Centers for Disease Control’s training for American hospitals.
